Certificate Program
The convenience of self-paced, self-study programs allow credit union
professionals and volunteers to learn essential skills, management
techniques, and gain valuable financial knowledge while earning
nationally recognized certification. Each program is geared toward
specific areas of responsibility. There are programs for staff
(STAR-Staff Training and Recognition Program), management
(MERIT-Management Enrichment Training Program) and directors
(VAP-Volunteer Achievement Program and VLP -Volunteer Leadership
Program). In addition, through CUNA's Center for Professional
Development, you can participate in the Regulatory Compliance Program
