VAP - VLP
This program is designed to meet the specific educational needs of new and experienced volunteers. Modules are available for directors and committee members. Volunteers begin by selecting the modules most closely associated with their present responsibilities - Board of Directors, Credit Committee, Supervisory Committee, or Technology Committee. Core modules cover basic philosophical and financial information.
This program is designed to develop and enhance the personal leadership skills of new and experienced volunteers. All modules are optional, allowing volunteers to customize learning to fit their unique needs and environments. Each module gives participants hands-on experience, teaching them to effectively lead their credit union while developing the skills necessary to succeed as part of an invaluable team.
VLP not only builds personal leadership skills and improves teamwork, it also helps volunteers communicate more effectively, understand their diverse environment, achieve quality through process improvement, and plan for future operations through advanced strategic planning
